Pro Flight warrants to the original purchaser (the Customer) that each wakeboard tower manufactured by Pro Flight Boat Towers & Accessories (the Tower) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after the date of purchase. All warranty claims are subject to authorization and an inspection of the tower before final determination is made.
